I think of myself as a warrior spirit.  Having spent most of my life fighting for one thing or another, especially the right to live my true life, “warrior” has been who I know myself to be.

 

It means that I do not give up on what I believe.  I do not give up on myself or the vision I hold for my life.  I do not give up on those I love.  And I do not give up on my quest for truth.

 

“Heart Warrior” was created as part of a series of pieces that came to me in a vision, complete and powerful, unique in execution and materials. It is a testament to the power of love and perseverance in the quest for a dream.
