Special Orders - commissions

For those who are intrigued by the prospect of having a painting or a fabric piece designed for them, I do offer this option. The process can be done in person or online and begins with some basic questions about size, medium, color feel, etc. Once the basic parameters have been established we will begin a process of discovering the essence of the piece you want designed. That's where the real fun begins! For me this is all about an opportunity for a real connection with you. We can do this either in person or online, and may take as much as an hour or more. Create a Custom Painting

Commissioned paintings are offered in three sizes, with the option for a special request on sizing if necessary. See the information below.

Paintings are offered in these three sizes:

12”x 16”

24” x 30”

30” x 40”

Triptychs in these three sizes are also available.

design a custom fabric from your painting

As a bonus, fabric can be designed from your painting once it is completed and can be made into pillows, throws or wraps. You can have pieces to wear or use every day that carry the essence of the painting I created for you.

Create a pillow, throw or scarf from one of my existing paintings

Another option is to have a fabric designed for you from one of my existing paintings. If there is a painting that speaks to you and you would love nothing more than to “wrap yourself in it”, I will create a fabric from that piece.

When ordering a special fabric from an existing painting, there is a design fee and a fee for the finished piece included in your quote. Pricing will depend upon the type of fabric chosen, the quantity, and the pieces you want made from your fabric. Fabric samples will be supplied prior to signing off on the finished piece.
