Listening Through Image
Exploring the process of remembering
through creativity and lived experience.
Creativity is one of the ways we return to ourselves.
In my own life it has become a language of remembering — a way that color, symbol, gesture, and image reveal what words alone cannot always express.
From time to time I open spaces where this process can be explored together. These gatherings are not about learning artistic technique or producing something perfect. They are invitations to listen more deeply and discover what begins to take shape when creativity is approached as a path of presence and self-reflection.
These workshops are simply another doorway into the same living language explored through my writing and art.
This free guide offers a doorway into creative practice that begins not with technique, but with listening.
Instead of asking what you should paint, it invites you to follow what is already moving within you — allowing color, gesture, and symbol to reveal something of your own inner language.
No prior artistic experience is necessary.

Creative Workshops and Retreats
Creative spaces where symbol, image, and reflection become a path of remembering.
A Creative Exploration
The Language of Symbols
A Creative Exploration of the Images
That Speak From Within
The Language of Symbols is a 2–3 hour creative experience where participants explore the deeper themes and archetypal patterns that shape their lives.
Through guided creative exercises, participants begin to discover the personal symbols that naturally emerge from their own inner landscape — the images through which their life quietly expresses meaning.
No artistic experience is required.
These workshops are particularly meaningful for people who:
• feel drawn to creative expression but are unsure where to begin
• sense that art can hold deeper meaning beyond technique
• are seeking a reflective and supportive creative environment
• value quiet, thoughtful spaces rather than loud social events
These workshops are not therapy.
They are creative experiences designed to facilitate a deeper connection with yourself through creative practice.
Workshops are currently offered live via Zoom, allowing people from anywhere in the world to participate.
Symbols often speak before words do.
A Creative Immersion
Painting From Your Soul
A Creative Retreat into Symbol, Image,
and the Feminine Archetypes
For those who wish to explore this creative process more deeply, Painting From Your Soul offers a longer immersion into the language of image, symbol, and feminine archetype.
Painting From Your Soul is a deeper creative immersion where art becomes a process of listening and self-discovery.
Rather than focusing on painting techniques alone, this experience explores how image, color, and symbol can reflect something essential about who we are and what is quietly unfolding within our lives.
During the retreat we also explore the imagery of the feminine archetypes — symbolic patterns that have appeared throughout myth, story, and human experience across cultures. These archetypal energies often surface naturally in creative work, offering insight into the deeper themes moving through our lives.
Participants are invited to approach the canvas as a place of discovery, allowing the image to emerge rather than trying to control it. Through this process many people reconnect with their intuition, confidence, and creative voice.
This experience may take two forms:
• a two-weekend retreat (four days total)
• a six-week creative journey meeting once each week
Unlike a traditional art class that focuses primarily on technique, Painting From Your Soul invites participants to trust the image and follow what begins to take shape on the canvas.
This work often resonates especially with introverts, empaths, and those who feel drawn to the quieter and more reflective side of creativity.
These gatherings are not therapy sessions. They are creative spaces designed to support reflection, discovery, and personal insight through art.
Most gatherings are currently offered live via Zoom so that participants from anywhere in the world can participate. Occasionally in-person experiences may also be offered.
Creativity is not reserved for artists.
It is one of the natural ways human beings remember who they are.
