LISTENING THROUGH IMAGE

Exploring the process of remembering
through creativity and lived experience.

There are times when you realize you no longer feel like yourself.

Not in a way that is easy to explain.
Not in a way anyone else might see.

But quietly.

You’re still functioning. Still showing up.
Still doing what needs to be done.

But something underneath that has shifted.

You may feel disconnected from yourself.
Unsure of what you want.
Moving through your life… but not fully inside it.

At some point, trying to figure it out no longer works.

Creativity is one of the ways we return to ourselves.

In my own life, it has become a language of remembering—
a way that color, symbol, gesture, and image
reveal what words alone cannot always express.

From time to time, I open spaces where this process can be explored together.

These gatherings are not about learning artistic technique
or producing something perfect.

They are invitations to listen more deeply
and discover what begins to take shape
when creativity is approached as a path of presence and self-reflection.

These workshops are simply another doorway
into the same living language explored through my writing and art.

There isn’t one way into this work.

Only the place where you find yourself…
and the next step that feels right from there.

PAINTING FROM YOUR SOUL - A SIMPLE BEGINNING

If you’re not sure where to start…
or you don’t feel ready for anything structured or in-depth…

this is a place to begin.

Not by figuring anything out.
Not by trying to get it right.

But by coming back into a quiet kind of contact with yourself.

This guide offers a simple way into creative practice—
one that begins with listening.

Instead of asking what you should create,
it invites you to follow what is already moving within you…
allowing color, gesture, and symbol
to reveal something of your own inner language.

It’s especially for those who feel disconnected from their creativity—
or who believe they are not creative at all.

No experience is needed.
Only a willingness to begin.

Enter your email below and I’ll send the guide directly to you.

From time to time, I’ll also share reflections, studio notes, and upcoming ways to work together.

CREATIVE WORKSHOPS AND RETREATS

Creative spaces where symbol, image, and reflection become a path of remembering.

LET YOUR SOUL SPEAK

A gentle, guided process using creative expression to access what your soul wants to express.
Symbols often speak before words do.

This is a simple place to begin.

If you feel drawn to this work…
but aren’t ready for something long or immersive…

this workshop offers a way to step in—gently.

Over the course of 2–3 hours, you’ll be guided through a series of

simple creative explorations
that open a different kind of listening.

Not by trying to create something meaningful.
Not by needing to know what you’re doing.

But by allowing image, color, and gesture
to give form to what your soul wants to say.

Often, certain shapes, forms, or symbols begin to emerge—
not because you planned them,
but because they are already part of your inner language.

No artistic experience is needed.

There is no expectation to be “good” at this.
And nothing you create needs to be shared unless you choose to.

This is a quiet, supportive space—
for those who feel drawn to explore…
but want to begin in a way that feels approachable and contained.

This is not therapy.

It is a creative experience—
one that allows you to come back into contact with yourself
through a different kind of attention.

Workshops are currently offered live via Zoom,
so you can participate from wherever you are.

If you feel drawn to this work, you don’t have to wait.

If you’d like a gentle way to begin...

PAINTING FROM YOUR SOUL - A CREATIVE IMMERSION

A retreat into image, symbol, and the deeper language of the self
The One Who Knows Presence symbol shadow.png

This is for those who feel ready to go deeper.

Not just to explore…
but to stay.

If something in you has been asking for more—
more space, more truth, more connection—
this is a place to enter that.

Painting From Your Soul is an immersive creative experience
where the process of painting becomes a way of listening.

Not to create something impressive.
Not to learn how to do it “right.”

But to follow what begins to emerge
when you give yourself time, attention, and space.

Rather than focusing on technique,
we work with image, color, and symbol
as a living language—
one that reflects what is quietly unfolding within you.

Over time, certain forms and patterns often begin to appear.

Sometimes they carry a familiar feeling.
Sometimes they arrive without explanation.

These are part of your own inner language—
and part of what we begin to recognize and trust through the process.

There is no pressure to perform.
No expectation to produce anything meaningful.

You are invited to meet the canvas as a place of discovery—
allowing the image to emerge
rather than trying to control it.

For many, this is where something begins to shift.

A reconnection with intuition.
A quiet return of confidence.
A sense of being in contact with yourself again.

This experience is offered in two forms:

• A two-weekend immersion (four days total)
• A six-week journey, meeting once each week

This is not a traditional art class.
And it is not therapy.

It is a held creative space—
one that supports reflection, discovery, and personal insight
through the process of making.

Most gatherings are currently offered live via Zoom,
allowing you to participate from wherever you are.

Occasionally, in-person experiences may also be offered.

If you feel drawn to this work, you don’t have to wait.

If you’d like a gentle way to begin…

I’ll reach out when new dates are available.

There are also quieter ways of entering the work in person—
through small, intimate gatherings in the studio.
