MEDIA & CONVERSATIONS
My work has grown out of a lifetime of remembering who I am beneath the roles, expectations, and survival patterns I took on, and then learning what it means to actually live from that knowing. It has taken many forms—books, visual art, textiles, and conversation—but all of it comes from the same life and the same ongoing process of listening more deeply to myself.
I’m especially drawn to conversations that are thoughtful, personal, and unscripted—the kind that make room for lived experience, complexity, and the parts of a life that are still unfolding.
Conversation Themes
These conversations often begin in the places where an old way of living no longer fits and something deeper is asking to be lived. They may move through later life, identity, the body, creativity, loss, self-trust, spiritual experience, and the ways we learn to stand more fully inside our own lives.
At the center of all of it is the movement from inner recognition into lived experience—how a deeper sense of who we are begins to take form in our choices, relationships, creative work, and the way we inhabit our lives.

Remembering Myself: A Journey Through the Threads of Time
A woven work of memory, art, poetry, spiritual experience, lineage, and return. Rather than offering a formula or conclusion, the book follows the many threads through which I came back into relationship with myself.
The Fire and The Thread: A Living Chronicle of Descent, Initiation, and Embodiment
A chronicle of what happened when remembering was no longer enough. The book follows illness, loss, unraveling, spiritual experience, and the difficult work of bringing what I knew into the body and into everyday life.
